Quotely 1. Your content
You retain rights in job briefs, customer information, uploaded files and other original content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, transform and transmit that content only to provide, secure and support the requested service.
2. Generated outputs
As between you and us, you may use, edit, reproduce and share generated quotes, scopes, invoices, layouts and explainers for lawful business purposes. AI outputs may not qualify for exclusive intellectual-property protection and similar outputs may be generated for others.
3. Your checks
You are responsible for ensuring inputs and outputs do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or contractual rights. Do not upload material you lack permission to use.
4. Quotely materials
The Quotely service, interface, original template system and brand remain ours or our licensors'. Your subscription grants a limited, non-transferable right to use the service; it does not permit resale of the software or extraction of the template library as a competing service.
5. Model training
We do not use customer inputs or generated outputs to train our own or a provider's general-purpose models. We process content for the requested generation, safety, support and legally required purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
